1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using OSNeuro you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Wellness, not medical care
OSNeuro provides wellness insights and is not a medical device. Do not use the Service to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, reverse engineer it, upload data you do not have rights to, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
5. Content & data
You retain ownership of the health data you connect. You grant OSNeuro a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Subscriptions & billing
Paid features are billed as described at purchase. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSNeuro disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy Center. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
